REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy
ALH Surprises LLC maintains a rigorous 30-day limited return policy.

• Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, items must remain in 'as-new' condition, hermetically sealed (where applicable), and in original secondary packaging.
• Restocking Fees: We reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee on non-defective returns to cover logistical depreciation.
• Return Logistics: Customers must obtain an RMA number before dispatch. Unauthorized returns to Amazon fulfillment centers will be rejected and liquidated without a refund.
• Exclusions: Personal care or high-touch sensory items are non-returnable if the hygiene seal is breached.
