Shipping & Fulfillment Framework
ALH Surprises LLC utilizes a multi-channel fulfillment (MCF) architecture powered by Amazon Logistics. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that fulfillment is executed via third-party strategic partners.

• Standard Processing: Orders are subject to a 24-72 hour verification and handling window.
• Logistical Execution: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. ALH Surprises LLC shall not be held liable for delays caused by carrier congestion, force majeure, or logistical anomalies within the Amazon FBA network.
• Chain of Custody: Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. We are not responsible for 'porch piracy' or theft after a confirmed delivery scan.
